What it is
With the Online Coaching beta on, Clients at risk lists the clients you coach who may be drifting, so you can get in touch before they stop. The list is worked out by fixed rules — no AI decides who is on it, and nobody is told they were flagged. Owners and admins also see on the Overview how many clients are on it right now.
Why a client is listed
- Missed workouts or content — two or more items on an active program were planned in the last 14 days and not done: a workout not marked done, or an article, link or PDF the client never opened in the app. Today's items don't count yet: there is still time to do them. (A check-in in a program counts as a check-in, below.)
- Habits — the client has habits running, and fewer than half of the days they ran in the last 7 days were logged in the app. Today doesn't count yet. See Habits for your clients.
- Check-in overdue — a check-in that was due at least two days ago is still unanswered. Only days the client can still answer count (the last two weeks), and never days from before they were added to the check-in.
- Membership signals — if you can manage memberships, the same reasons as Members at risk on the Memberships page: a failed payment, a membership that is ending, no booking for three weeks or more, missed or cancelled sessions, or few of the period's sessions used.
A client with several reasons is listed once, with every reason as a label. Each row also shows when they last finished a workout and last answered a check-in, and links to their page, where the same labels appear under their name.
Good to know
The labels only say what happened — how many workouts, how many habit days, how many check-ins, a date. Nothing the client wrote or logged is shown on the list.
Who sees what
A coach sees only their own clients, judged by the programs and check-ins that run under them. Owners and admins see every client. Payment problems are shown only to someone who is allowed to manage that membership.
Snoozing a client
Choose Snooze for 14 days when you have it in hand — you've been in touch, or there's a good reason. The client leaves the list for two weeks and comes back by themselves if the reason is still there. Snoozed clients are listed under Snoozed, where Show again brings them back straight away.
Good to know
A snooze applies to the whole team, not just to you. Once anyone snoozes a client, their missed workouts, habits and unanswered check-ins are hidden for everyone: the client moves under Snoozed for every coach who works with them, and the count on the Overview goes down. Anyone who sees the client under Snoozed can choose Show again.
If you can manage the client's membership, snoozing hides its reasons too, just like Dismiss for 14 days on Memberships — and a member dismissed there also shows under Snoozed here. A coach who can't manage memberships only snoozes the workout, habit and check-in reasons, so a failed payment still shows for the owner.
