Your clients' own page
Clients don't need a password. On your booking page they can open My bookings, and on stund.net/me they get My coaching: one page with everything from every business they book with on Stund.
Both show, for each business:
- Upcoming sessions, soonest first, and past and cancelled ones.
- Notes from the coach — only the session notes you chose to share. Team-only notes never appear.
- Package credits they still have, and when they expire.
- Receipts for sessions and packages they paid for online.
From My bookings on your page they can also cancel or move a booking (within your cancellation rules) and send you a message.
How clients sign in
- A sign-in link by email. They enter the address they book with and get a link that works for 15 minutes. A link is only sent to an address that already has a Stund account or is a client of a business on Stund — someone who has booked, bought or been in touch.
- A passkey (Face ID, fingerprint or a device PIN) on stund.net/me, once they've added one under Security & passkeys (that needs a confirmed email address, which signing in with a link takes care of).
Once signed in, they stay signed in for 30 days, and the period starts over each time they use it — on stund.net/me or on your booking page — so a regular client rarely needs a new link. Sign out everywhere on stund.net/me signs them out on every device and of every business's booking page they opened while signed in. (A one-off link from a booking email works on its own for 24 hours.)
Someone who only books now and then doesn't need any of this: the booking confirmation and the link in their emails still work exactly as before.
Privacy
- A client only ever sees their own bookings, with you and elsewhere — matched by the email address they book with, and only after they've proven that address is theirs by signing in through it.
- They never see your private notes about them, your team-only session notes, other clients, or anything from your dashboard.
- Another business on Stund never sees anything about the client's bookings with you, and you never see theirs.
Tip
Share session notes when you want the client to have a written recap — they'll find it under that booking.
