Your Public Booking Page

Every coach you create in Stund gets their own public booking page where your clients can view your availability, pick a time for a session, answer any questions you've set up, and pay. Your booking page lives at a unique subdomain: yourname.stund.net (where "yourname" is your business slug).

stund.net
The public booking page for a studio, with a hero headline and a list of bookable sessions.
This is what your clients see — your own page on the web, no website required.

If you are on the Growth or Scale plan, you can also give the page an address of your own (e.g., booking.yourcoachingbrand.com) from the domain panel in Settings. You can either buy a domain through Stund — we register it and point it at your page, with nothing for you to configure — or connect one you already own by adding a DNS record at your current provider. The guide Your own domain walks through both, including how yearly renewals work.

You can share your booking page in several ways:

  • Direct link: Share yourname.stund.net with clients via email, your Instagram bio, or word of mouth.
  • QR code: Your booking page as a code someone can scan. It lives on its own page — Share / QR code, the small link under your business name at the top of the dashboard sidebar. Show it to whoever is standing in front of you, print it for the wall, or copy the link from the same page. It's the whole booking page rather than one listing, so it stays valid and you only have to print it once.
  • Embed the widget: Put a booking widget directly on your own website (see below).

Good to know

The code scans even while your page is unpublished — it just lands on a page nobody can see. The Share page warns you when that's the case; publish before you hand the code out.

The Website editor

For many trainers, this page is the only web presence clients ever see, so it works like a small website — not just a booking form. Open Website in the main menu to build it. Everything you change is saved to a private draft and shown in the live preview beside the editor. Nothing is public until you press Publish. The editor is a row of steps ending at Publish, with an AI assistant bar under it that you can reach from any of them:

  • Templates: Pick a ready-made look. Tap a template to preview it in the panel on the right — nothing changes until you choose Use this, and you can Undo that too, so it is safe to try all of them. The preview shows your own words in that template's style, so you are looking at the page you would actually get. While you are previewing, a note above the preview says which template it is and offers Back to my page; moving on to another step stops the preview as well. Four are built for trainers and coaches: Editorial (calm and portrait-forward, with one bold booking block), Warm (soft and welcoming, good if your clients are new to training), Mono (stark and high-contrast, for strength and performance work), and Studio (photography-led, best if you have good pictures of your space). Wellness, Facility, Rental and a neutral Classic cover other kinds of business — use Show all templates to see them. A template sets your colour, font and a sensible set of sections; you can change everything afterwards.
  • Sections: Your page is an ordered list of sections. Add, remove, hide/show, and edit each one, and change the order by dragging a section's handle up or down the list. Available sections include Hero, About us, Booking (always present), Services, Packages, Gallery, Opening hours, Location (with a map), Testimonials, Contact, FAQ, and a Footer with your social links. About us and Gallery can be added more than once, which is how you build a longer page that alternates story and pictures. A section only shows on the page when it has content — for example, the Location section appears once you add an address. Testimonials from happy clients and a gallery of your training space go a long way here.
  • Getting testimonials: your page starts with none, because the example quotes a template ships with are not from your clients and are never published. Open the Testimonials section and you will find a link to share — send it to a client you have worked with, and their words come back to you. Nothing appears on your page until you press Add to my page, and quotes from someone whose email matches a client of yours are marked as such. This is usually the single most persuasive thing on a trainer's page, so it is worth asking two or three people early.
  • Each section also has an Appearance group: Background (plain, soft grey, a light tint of your brand colour, or a solid brand band), Layout (for example whether Services reads as cards, a price list, or large rows), Spacing and Width. Your brand colour is applied for you in a way that always stays readable, so you cannot end up with text you cannot read.
  • Theme: Pick an accent color (choose a swatch or enter any hex code like #FF5733), a font, and light/dark/system mode. Your logo, profile image, and background image are chosen from your image library here — upload a new photo from inside that picker if it isn't in your library yet. As a trainer, a good profile photo is often the most important asset on the page.
  • Business: Enter the details several sections share — phone, address (add latitude and longitude to show a map), and social links. These also power the search-engine information on your page. Your Opening hours appear here too, but as a read-only preview: they mirror the weekly schedule from Availability, so you set them once there and never retype them. You can still add a short note (like "Closed on public holidays") and hide the hours block from the Sections step.
  • Publish: The last step, and the one that puts your page out. Above the button it lists anything worth a look first — sections still holding the template's words, an example photo you have not swapped for your own, a missing picture of you, a second language that is not finished. Each item links straight to the step that fixes it, so you are never left hunting. Most of them are advice you can publish past; an example photo of a room or a face is the exception, and holds publishing until you replace it. Whether the page can be reached at all, and which languages it is offered in, are set here too.

The AI assistant sits in a bar at the bottom of the editor, available no matter which step you are on — it is not a step itself, because it can do the work of all of them. Describe what you want in plain language (e.g., "use the personal template and make it green" or "add a gallery and testimonials") and it edits the draft for you, with the change showing up in the live preview. (Opening hours are the one thing it won't touch — those live in Availability.)

The steps start with the look and end at Publish. Tap a template to preview it in the panel on the right — nothing changes until you choose "Use this".

Publishing is available on every plan — your booking page is not something you have to pay to switch on.

Good to know

Your edits are saved to a private draft as you work. The public page only changes when you press Publish, so it is safe to experiment.

Two different switches are easy to mix up, so the Publish step shows both together. Publish draft moves your edits onto the public page. Whether that page can be reached at all is a separate setting, shown just below it as Website is live or Website is off — a page that is off is visible only to your team, no matter how many times you publish the draft. If it says off, press Turn it on (owners only) when you are ready to take bookings.

The strip along the top of the editor is a summary of those same two things: a dot for whether the page is reachable, a count of anything left to look at, and Review and publish to take you to the step itself.

Offering your page in two languages

Your page is written in one language — the one under Settings > Language, which is also the language your clients' confirmations, reminders and texts are written in. The Written in … box in the Publish step shows which one that is.

To reach clients who read another language, press Add English (or Add Norwegian) in that box. Then:

  • Translate hands your page to the assistant and fills in the second language for you. It is a starting point, not a finished job — read it through before publishing, especially anything with your prices, your qualifications or your own name in it.
  • The NO / EN buttons sit at the top of the Sections step, above your section list, and switch which language you are writing in. In the second language you see only the text fields; pictures, colours, layout and the order of your sections are shared, so you set them once.
  • Anything you leave empty falls back to your original text, so a half-finished translation reads as a page in two languages rather than a page with holes. The Publish step tells you how many pieces of text are still to go.
  • Visitors switch language in the footer of your page, and a search engine is told about both versions so it can show the right one.

Two things are deliberately left alone. Client testimonials stay in the language your client wrote them in — those are someone else's words, and putting a machine translation in their mouth is not the same as quoting them; translate a quote by hand if you want it in both languages. And your coaches, sessions and packages keep the names you gave them, which are the same names you see in your dashboard and on invoices.

Good to know

Each client's confirmation and reminders use the language they were reading your page in when they booked — so a client who booked in English hears from you in English, even though you write in Norwegian.

Heads up

Templates arrive with example text so you can see how a finished page looks. That example text is only ever shown to you in the preview — it is left off your live page until you replace it with your own words. Example client quotes are never published at all, because they are not from real clients. So if a section looks full in the preview but empty on your live page, that section still needs your words.

The Embed Widget

The Embed settings in Settings > Embed let you create bookable widgets to put directly on your own website, blog, or landing page. Each embed widget is a small iframe that displays your booking form inline with your site's layout and content — so clients can book a session without leaving your site.

Creating an Embed Widget

  1. Click Create embed widget in Settings > Embed.
  2. Give the widget a name (for your reference only).
  3. Choose which coaches to include:
  • All active coaches: The widget shows everything you've published.
  • Specific coaches: Select only the ones you want to display in this widget — for example, only your 1-on-1 sessions on your coaching page.
  1. Customize the look:
  • Accent color: Pick a color that matches your website.
  • Theme: Light, dark, or system.
  • Header: Show or hide your business name and logo.
  • Footer: Show or hide the "Powered by Stund" attribution.
  1. Copy the embed code and paste it into your website's HTML or page builder.

Already have a website? Copy the snippet and the booking widget drops straight into it.

On the Free plan, if you hide the footer, a small attribution text still appears at the bottom. The footer is required because it identifies the payment processor. On paid plans, you have full control.

Using the Widget Code

Once you create an embed widget, the system generates an iframe snippet that looks like:

<iframe src="..." width="100%" height="700px" ...></iframe>

  • If you use a page builder (like Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress), paste this code into a Custom HTML or Embed Code block.
  • If you edit your website's raw HTML, add the iframe snippet to the section where you want bookings to appear.
  • The widget loads your booking form and payment options directly, so visitors never leave your site to book.

Testing Your Embed

Before going live, you can test the widget by:

  1. Opening the Embed settings.
  2. Clicking the preview link or opening the embed URL in a new tab.
  3. Making sure the booking flow works, payments process, and confirmations arrive.

Timezone and Availability

All booking times on your public page and in embeds are displayed in your business's timezone (set in Settings > Timezone). Clients see session times exactly as you set them.

Limits by Plan

  • Free: Up to 3 active coaches can be shown on your booking page or embed.
  • Growth: Up to 15 active coaches.
  • Scale: Unlimited coaches.

You can always add more by upgrading your plan.
