Managing your images
Every photo you upload to Stund — a logo, a picture of your space, a cover photo for a listing — lives in one place: your image library. Upload a photo once and reuse it anywhere a picture is needed, instead of hunting for the same file and uploading it again.
Your image library
Open Images in the main menu to see everything you've uploaded, newest first. From there you can:
- Upload new photos (PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF or AVIF).
- Delete ones you no longer need.
You can store up to 200 images. If you're at the limit, delete a few you don't use anymore before uploading more.
Good to know
Deleting an image only removes it from the library. Anywhere it's already in use — your website, a listing's cover — keeps showing it until you replace it there.
Tip
A tidy library is faster to scan later. Delete duplicates and photos you've since replaced instead of leaving them in the list.
Reusing an image anywhere
Wherever you see a Choose from library button, it opens the same picker, with two tabs:
- Your images — everything already in your library. Uploading a new photo from inside the picker adds it to the library right away, so it's there the next time too.
- Stock images — a set of royalty-free photos you can use immediately, handy while you're still gathering your own.
Today that picker is the way to set an image in two places:
- The website builder — your logo, profile photo and background (under Theme), and any image field or gallery inside a section (under Sections). Every image field here opens the picker; if the photo isn't in your library yet, upload it from inside the picker and it's saved there for next time.
- A listing's cover image — the picture clients see for that listing on your booking page. You can still upload it directly there, or use the same picker to reuse something from your library.
Good to know
On the website builder, images are always chosen through the picker — upload inside it if the photo isn't in your library yet, and it's saved there for reuse. A listing's cover image can still be uploaded directly.
Galleries
A Gallery section on your website can hold several pictures. Open the library picker there and pick as many as you like — each one you tap is added without closing the dialog. Upload a new photo from inside the picker if it isn't in your library yet. A gallery can hold up to 24 photos.
Cover images
A listing's first picture is its cover image — the one clients see before they open the listing. Set or change it from the listing's editor, right under its name and description. Clearing it removes the picture; the listing still works without one, it just shows with no photo on the booking page.
A note on photos
Real pictures of your space, your team and your results build more trust with new clients than a stock photo ever will. Use the stock library to fill a gap while you gather your own photos, then swap them in as you take them.
