Terms of Service

The service

Stund provides booking-management software to organizations. Organizers are responsible for the resources they list, the bookings they accept, and their own compliance with applicable law (including consumer, tax, and data-protection rules).

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Payments & fees

Subscription fees and platform fees are described on our pricing page and in your billing settings. Payments to organizers are processed by Stripe and Vipps; refunds and cancellation terms are set by each organizer and shown at booking time.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the service for unlawful purposes, to infringe others’ rights, or to disrupt the platform. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Stund is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
